Refund Policy: Class Changes and Cancellations
All Courses: Student Cancelations
30 Days prior to start of course: Full Tuition refund
Less than 30 days prior to start of course: Cancellation fee of $75.00
Within one week prior to start of course: 50% Tuition refund
After course begins: Pro-rated tuition refund will be given less dropout fee of $175.00
After 50% of course completion: No refunds
If you have received a credit for a future course, you must use that credit within six months of issue date. If your credit is not used within that time period it will expire and NO refund will be issued.
Switching classes within one week of start of course: Administrative fee of $25
All materials & supplies purchased are deducted from refund.

Workshops: Student Cancellations
Greater than two weeks prior to Workshop: Full refund will be given.
Less than two weeks prior to Workshop: A refund of 50% will be given.
After Workshop begins: No refunds are offered

Creative Metalworks reserves the right to make changes in Course and Workshop scheduling, including canceling a Course or Workshop due to insufficient enrollment. If a change is made students will be notified as early as possible and receive a full refund.
